Booth Requirements

 

LARGE EVENT REQUIREMENTS:


• Booth(s) must be indoors

(please inquire about outdoor requests and recommendations)


• For large events recommend a 10′ x 10′ space. (if your event space is less please let us know and we can discuss options!)


• The booth requires AC power within 25 feet


• The booth requires 2 bistro tables or one banquet table with linens for props (Prop tables can be rented upon request)


• 45-60 minutes of unbilled set-up time and 45 minutes of take-down time

SMALL EVENT REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Our booth requires event space with little to no natural light or harsh event space lighting such as spotlights or overhead lights. (If your event is outdoors please let us know to discuss options.)


• For optimal performance, the booth must be approximately 3-4 feet away from subject(s) and backdrop


• The booth requires AC power within 25 feet. (Battery pack is available for events with no AC power available. Inquire for details)
